This lovely mat/trivet has many special details.  It starts out with an appliqued red heart on a white background.  it is surrounded by a red candy stripe.  Next up is a black print with red, gold and green.  Next 2 gold stripes are worked in that are separated by the green that appears in the black print.  The black print appears once again along the edge.
